For example, sodium aluminate is used to modify the filler titanium dioxide of decorative base paper, make Al2O3 (the source of aluminium oxide is sodium aluminate) coating to titanium dioxide, improve the whiteness and wear resistance of filler, and prepare the decorative base paper by use of the modified filler. Such decorative base paper has high weather resistance and wear resistance.
