2.1 Molecular sieve industry
The 85% Content Sodium Aluminate can be applied in the production process of molecular sieve. It is a common practice in the molecular sieve industry to modify the molecular sieve and obtain molecular sieve with higher quality. For example, modifying the nano ZSM-5 zeolite with NaAlO2 solution can obtain mesopores with smaller pore sizes, and improve the yield of zeolite products significantly. Moreover, many enterprises are exploring new production processes for molecular sieve, and applying high-purity sodium aluminate 54# sodium aluminate to produce new molecular sieve.
2.2 Paper making industry
For the high-filler paper in the paper making industry, its paper ash content is large. At first, the hydraulic pulper was used to disperse fillers such as titanium dioxide, thus caused poor dispersion effects, and poor paper evenness and covering power. Then, the sander was used to add dispersant (e.g. 54 # sodium aluminate) to disperse titanium dioxide, which realized sufficient filler dispersion, significantly improved paper evenness, good evenness, high non-transparency, and significantly improved printing effects.
