The research showed that, the adoption of Sodium Aluminate for White Carbon Black replaced the traditional pressure filtration mother liquid as a dispersant, improved the dispersibility of white carbon black, and reached the dispersion coefficient of 97.3% and average particle size D50 of minimum 2.2μm. Based on this, the Sodium Aluminate for White Carbon Black shall be used as the low-cost and sustainable raw material for preparing white carbon black, thus reduce the final purchase costs of highly dispersed white carbon black while preparing higher-quality white carbon black.
